As part of planned, strategic growth and dedication to ongoing projects, we are now seeking at least 2 experienced Mechanical Engineers to join our Engineering team in Brisbane on a casual basis for a project hire.
The first of our ideal candidates will fit the following profile:
Qualifications in mechanical engineering and 5 - 10 years relevant Oil & Gas industry experience
Ability to work in a team environment to ensure successful project delivery
Excellent communication, time management skills and the ability to work autonomously on multiple simultaneous projects
Technical experience within pipeline, and /or oil and gas industry
Familiarity with relevant Australian acts, regulations, standards and codes
Exposure to Australian pipeline code AS 2885 and AS4041 and/or ASME B31.3 for pressure piping
Experienced in piping stress analysis using Caesar
For the other, all of the above plus:
Experienced in pressure vessel and storage tank design
Experienced in piping stress analysis using Autopipe
Experienced in finite element analysis using Solidworks or similar software
