The key function of the role will be to drive the performance of the online flagship store and supporting digital ecosystem, while ensuring commercial results are optimised for user experience, customer engagement, and in line with brand positioning.The role will own the Online retail P&L and create the most inspiring online store possible in line with best practice international benchmarks. The role will also take responsibility for the digital brand leadership across the business, engaging and educating key stakeholders and collaborating with the Head of Marketing and Creative Director to create world class campaigns. Another key focus of the role will be to manage the digital marketing performance channels (SEO/SEM/retargeting/Paid social/affiliate) to drive and convert traffic and also to implement CRM strategy.
